Adding Students Admitted Through the Central Admission Channel (General & Martyrs’ Families) for the 2025–2026 Academic Year to the Student Registration System

Steps for Registration via the HEPIQ Application:

  1. Log in using your Central Admission credentials (Examination Number + Password) on the Student System.
  2. Check your admission result and the university/college/department you were admitted to.
  3. Continue the registration process, which includes:
    Electronic identity verification
    Completing personal information
    Uploading the required documents:
    • Medical examination form
    • School certificate or grade confirmation
    • Residence card
      Payment of activation fees (66,000 IQD)
  4. The application is sent electronically to the college via the system for review and approval of the student’s registration.

⚠️ Important Note:
There is no need to visit the college in person at this stage. Original documents will be submitted later after the start of the academic term.
