The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Organizes a Training Course on Cashier Responsibilities

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a training course titled “Cashier Responsibilities: Between Accounting Concepts and Applications of the Unified Accounting System”, targeting undergraduate students. The course was held from December 1 to 3, 2025, as part of the college’s efforts to strengthen practical and applied skills among students.

The course included both theoretical and practical modules focusing on the concept of cashier responsibilities and their importance in economic units, along with an explanation of the relevant accounting principles and the procedures for recording financial transactions according to the Unified Accounting System. Practical procedures for organizing records and accounting entries were also highlighted.

The course was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Hassan Mustafa and Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Subaih Majid, who presented a scientific lecture supported by practical examples, helping bridge the gap between theory and practice.

The course witnessed positive interaction from the participating students through discussions and questions, reflecting its importance in developing their accounting skills and preparing them to meet the requirements of the job market in various institutions.
