In a new scientific achievement added to the record of academic excellence of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Hamed Mohsen Jaddah Al-Masoudi has published a scientific book chapter in a volume issued by the international publishing house Springer, indexed in Scopus, reflecting the university’s advanced academic standing and its growing presence in reputable global databases.
The chapter is entitled:
“Detecting and Preventing Fraud in Banks Using Artificial Intelligence (AI): A Literature Review.”
The chapter presents a comprehensive analytical review of the most recent scientific research and studies on the use of artificial intelligence techniques in detecting and preventing banking fraud. It highlights intelligent algorithms, machine learning techniques, and big data analytics, and their role in enhancing the efficiency of banking systems and reducing financial risks, in addition to reviewing key challenges and future trends in this vital field.
This scholarly work aims to enrich academic knowledge and provide a scientific reference for researchers and specialists in the fields of management, financial sciences, and information technology, contributing to the support of innovation and the development of intelligent solutions in the banking sector.
