Embodiment of the spirit of giving: A wide tree-planting campaign across our college in celebration of the University’s foundation anniversary.

With direct and close supervision from the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, and as part of the activities of the third day of the annual festival marking the University’s foundation anniversary, the Student Activities Unit organized a large tree-planting campaign that covered the college gardens and green spaces.

Today, our gardens were transformed into a vibrant workshop full of life, as the campaign was carried out with active participation from our esteemed faculty members and beloved students from all academic departments.

We plant a tree today… to reap tomorrow a more beautiful learning environment and a more sustainable future.

Solidarity for a Sustainable Environment

The campaign was not merely a routine activity; rather, it was an environmental and aesthetic initiative that witnessed wide and active participation from:

• Faculty members, who led by example in voluntary work.
• Students from all departments, who demonstrated a high level of awareness of their responsibility toward their college and educational environment.

Objectives of the Initiative

• Strengthening belonging: Instilling love for the institution in students through fieldwork.
