A faculty member from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Munadil Abbas Hussein Al-Jawari, participated in the activities of the 11th International Peer-Reviewed Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, held in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, in January 2026, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and researchers from various Arab and international universities.
This participation came within the framework of strengthening the scientific and academic presence of the University of Karbala in international forums, and contributing to the discussion of contemporary intellectual and scientific issues in the fields of humanities and social sciences, as well as exchanging research expertise and exploring the latest approved scientific methodologies.
The conference included peer-reviewed scientific sessions that discussed several important themes, including administrative, economic, and social issues, and the role of scientific research in supporting sustainable development, contributing to broadening horizons of scientific and academic cooperation between universities and research institutions.
This participation reflects the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala’s commitment to supporting external scientific activities of its faculty members, encouraging academic communication and openness, and enhancing the university’s standing at both regional and international levels.
