The Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics extends its warmest congratulations and best wishes
to the entire Islamic nation, as well as to the college’s esteemed staff and dear students,
on the occasion of the anniversary of the Giving of the Ring, a day on which divine light was manifested
through the hand of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him).

We commemorate his noble act of giving charity with his ring while in a state of bowing during prayer—
a deed of immense virtue, eternally honored by the Holy Qur’an in the verse:

( إِنَّمَا وَلِيُّكُمُ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا الَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَاةَ وَهُمْ رَاكِعُونَ )

This blessed verse stands as a divine testimony to the lofty rank of Wilayah (guardianship),
bestowed by Allah upon His faithful servant Ali, making him a model of faith, generosity, and submission.
