abstract
This study aims to analyze and investigate the impact of magnetic leadership and its dimensions on achieving organizational readiness through the mediating role of strategic foresight in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in the West Bank governorates. To achieve this objective, the study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, using a questionnaire as a primary tool for collecting the necessary data. A purposive sample of (general director, director, head of department) was selected, consisting of (208) respondents. To analyze the study data and test its hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method with partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used by SPSS V.25 and Smart PLS V.40 software. The study found that the Ministry of Interior, the subject of the study, generally pays attention to the practice of applying the study variables represented by (magnetic leadership, strategic foresight, and organizational readiness) to a high degree. The results also showed a positive and statistically significant effect of magnetic leadership with its dimensions combined on both organizational readiness and strategic foresight, and the existence of a positive and statistically significant effect of strategic foresight in achieving organizational readiness. The results of the study also confirmed the existence of a partial mediation of strategic foresight in the relationship between magnetic leadership and organizational readiness.
