The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala extends its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the presence of the Master of the Age and Time (may Allah hasten his noble reappearance), to the entire Islamic nation, and to its esteemed professors, students, and all members, on the solemn anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Ruqayyah, daughter of Imam Hussein (peace be upon them).

This oppressed child, through her innocence and patience, reflected the profound tragedy of Karbala and embodied a painful aspect of the immortal Karbala catastrophe in the conscience of humanity.

We ask Almighty Allah to revive within us the meanings of patience, steadfastness, and sacrifice on the path of truth, following the guidance of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), and to inspire us to walk in their footsteps in speaking the truth and serving humanity.
