Important Announcement – Transfer to Vacant Privileged Seats

The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces the opening of the transfer process from the General Admission Channel + (Self-Financed) to the Privileged Channels, which include:

• Families of martyrs (victims)
• Former political prisoners
• Families of victims of terrorism

This transfer aims to fill the vacant seats listed in the table below, through the electronic application system, starting today until Monday, 18-08-2025, at 3:00 PM, or until all vacant seats are filled.
