Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has decided to reduce tuition fees by 25% for students enrolled in public university programs (parallel and evening studies), as well as for students of private universities and colleges who are children of teaching staff and employees working in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its affiliated bodies.
