To Graduate Students Admitted to the College of Administration and Economics

The College congratulates you on your admission to the graduate programs for the academic year 2025/2026 and emphasizes the importance of adhering to the following regulations:

1. Commencement of Study: Classes begin on Monday, 01/09/2025, for one week only. Admission will be canceled for any student who fails to commence on time, and their place will be given to an alternate (reserve) student.
2. Security Clearance: Completing the security clearance is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.
3. Tuition Fees: Students admitted under the self-financed channel must pay the prescribed fees.
4. Legal Guarantee: Mandatory for all admitted students (both employed and non-employed).
5. Study Leave: Employed students must provide a study leave of no less than 90 days from the date of commencement.
6. Medical Examination: All admitted students must undergo a medical examination to ensure they are free from infectious diseases and drug use.
7. Electronic Form Submission: Complete the electronic form via the provided link, print it, and submit it to the Graduate Studies Division at the college.
8. Medical Examination Location: Must be conducted exclusively at Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) Teaching Hospital.

Note: Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in cancellation of admission.
