Based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Directorate of Research and Development, regarding the completion of the electronic form for drug and psychotropic substance testing for students applying to postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025/2026, the Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics / University of Karbala would like to inform its esteemed students of the following:

– The student shall complete the electronic form through the designated link provided by the Ministry:

– The electronic form must be completed starting today and until October 1, 2025.

– After completing the form, a colored hard copy must be printed, stamped by the department, and then by the college.

– A date will later be set for sending students to the designated hospital to undergo the test.

– Please note that the test result will not be delivered directly to the student; instead, it will be sent electronically by the hospital to the college exclusively.

Accordingly, the College Deanship emphasizes the importance of all students adhering to the above-mentioned deadline and completing all procedures accurately.
