The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces the opening of applications for Evening Studies for the 2025–2026 academic year, based on the approval of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, to launch the admission process starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
Applicants are required to visit the college to complete registration in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions, following the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and admission rules for the current academic year. Admission percentages and the rounding of half grades in favor of the student will also be applied.
🔹 Required Documents for Registration:
- The unified national ID of the student and guardian.
- Residence card.
- Ration card.
- Six (6) recent personal photos.
- Medical examination report.
- Original transcript or official academic certificate.
- Financial guarantor (required for applicants to evening or parallel studies).
- A CD containing the applicant’s information.
Interested applicants are urged to promptly visit the Registration Division at the college within the specified application period.
