College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Participates in the University’s Quran Recitation Competition

Under the supervision of the Presidency of the University of Karbala, the Student Activities Division at the College of Administration and Economics participated in the annual Quran Recitation Competition, organized by the university with wide participation from its various colleges.

This participation comes as part of the college’s plan to promote cultural and religious activities among students and to highlight their talents in Quran recitation and memorization, contributing to the reinforcement of moral and spiritual values within the university community. The college’s representatives delivered an outstanding performance characterized by accuracy and excellence, earning praise from both the audience and the judging committee.

The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, affirmed that the college is keen on engaging its students in various academic, cultural, and religious events organized by the university, as such activities play a vital role in refining students’ personalities and broadening their intellectual and spiritual horizons alongside their academic achievements.

For their part, the participating students expressed their pride in representing their college in this Quranic competition, emphasizing their commitment to continuing participation in such events that uphold the status of the Holy Quran and strengthen the university’s cultural and religious identity.
