The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces to students admitted through the Central Admission Channel (General Admission and Martyrs’ Relatives) the start of the registration process according to the following procedure:

First: Student steps through the HEPIQ application:

  1. The student logs into the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials used for the Central Admission System (CAS).
  2. After logging in, the student will see their admission result, showing the university/college or institute/department.
  3. The student selects “Continue with Admission” and begins the electronic registration process, which includes:
    a. Completing electronic identity verification.
    b. Filling out the required personal information.
    c. Uploading the following documents:
    • Medical examination form.
    • School certificate or grade confirmation.
    • Residence card and national ID card.
  4. After completing all the above steps, the student’s application is sent electronically to the relevant college through the SIS system for review.
  5. The student must visit the college in person after completing electronic registration to submit the required original documents and finalize the registration process.
