The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces to students admitted through the Central Admission Channel (General Admission and Martyrs’ Relatives) the start of the registration process according to the following procedure:
First: Student steps through the HEPIQ application:
- The student logs into the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials used for the Central Admission System (CAS).
- After logging in, the student will see their admission result, showing the university/college or institute/department.
- The student selects “Continue with Admission” and begins the electronic registration process, which includes:
a. Completing electronic identity verification.
b. Filling out the required personal information.
c. Uploading the following documents:- Medical examination form.
- School certificate or grade confirmation.
- Residence card and national ID card.
- After completing all the above steps, the student’s application is sent electronically to the relevant college through the SIS system for review.
- The student must visit the college in person after completing electronic registration to submit the required original documents and finalize the registration process.
