Steps for Registration via the HEPIQ Application:
- Log in using your Central Admission credentials (Examination Number + Password) on the Student System.
- Check your admission result and the university/college/department you were admitted to.
- Continue the registration process, which includes:
✓ Electronic identity verification
✓ Completing personal information
✓ Uploading the required documents:- Medical examination form
- School certificate or grade confirmation
- Residence card
✓ Payment of activation fees (66,000 IQD)
- The application is sent electronically to the college via the system for review and approval of the student’s registration.
⚠️ Important Note:
There is no need to visit the college in person at this stage. Original documents will be submitted later after the start of the academic term.
