Registration Procedures for Students Admitted Through Central Admission for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The college/institute/department invites all admitted students to visit the Registration and Student Affairs Division to complete the final registration procedures within the specified period, in accordance with the rules and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Required Documents for Registration:

  1. Identification Documents:
    • Student’s National ID
    • Father’s and Mother’s ID
    • Residence Card
    • Ration Card
  2. Academic Documents:
    • Original grade confirmation or school certificate, certified by the Ministry of Education
  3. Comprehensive Medical Examination:
    • Mandatory; registration cannot be completed without it.
    • Conducted at the nearest health center
  4. Six (6) Recent Personal Photos with a white background
  5. CD containing copies of all the above-mentioned documents
  6. For students admitted through the Parallel (Government Private) or Evening channels only:
    • Submission of a sponsorship/guarantee document is required
  7. Electronic Registration:
    • If the college has an electronic registration system, students must complete registration there as well

Registration Period:

  • Begins from the date of the central admission results announcement
  • Deadline: 15 days only from the date of announcement
