Transfer of Students from Private Colleges to Public Colleges
The students eligible for transfer are one student only from each year, as follows:
- The top student in the first year.
- The top student in the second year, but with the following conditions:
- Only the top student from the first year may be transferred, and their grade must not be lower than Very Good, meaning the student must have achieved either Excellent or Very Good.
- The condition for transferring a second-year student is that they must have been within the top quarter of their class during the first year.
