Abstract
Human resources are an effective element in achieving the best performance and their prominent role in enhancing the competitive capabilities of various organizations, which requires constant research to increase the effectiveness of these resources in achieving permanent excellence in performance. Therefore, the research aims to identify and analyze the dimensions of the competitive advantage of human resources in the light industries company and diagnose the variables that determine each After analyzing the relationships between them, the research covered four paragraphs. The first was devoted to the research methodology, indicating the problem, objectives, hypotheses, and analysis tools. The second paragraph focused on the theoretical aspect, using the reasons related to the research topic. The third paragraph included an analysis of the practical aspect using statistical tools, and the fourth paragraph reached a set of conclusions and recommendations.
