This research aims to test the relationship between organizational justice among workers and the quality of services provided in the General Company for Foodstuff Trade / Karbala Branch, and the research assumed that there is no correlation or influence between organizational justice represented by its dimensions (distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactive justice) and the quality of Services and their dimensions (reliability, response, safety, empathy, tangibility). The questionnaire was used to collect data from a random sample of (52) employees, and some statistical methods were adopted, such as the mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, Regression coefficient, and the interpretation coefficient to prove the hypotheses. The results showed that there is a correlation and an influence relationship between organizational justice in its dimensions and the quality of services, and the results also showed that employees ’sense of distributive justice has the largest role in influencing the quality of services compared to other dimensions. The results also showed a moderate interest by the company’s management in organizational justice and its dimensions. Based on these results, the research came out with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is strengthening the values of organizational justice in the company in the field of research and the need to assign leadership positions to those with experience and competence to ensure the enhancing of these values.
