Abstract.
According to the technological development taking place in the world, and according to the directions of the World Bank, the central government, the Central Bank of Iraq, as well as the Iraqi banks, to establish electronic banking management, money, and electronic services to reduce the demand for paper money, reduce costs, speed up work completion, in a short time, and speed up the banking service provided to citizens. Reliance on information and communications technology has become one of the important pillars from which modern administration is based. The information and communications revolution has decisively controlled change management, and it is now possible to employ the available information in order to achieve the objectives of the institution (banks).
