Today, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala conducted the Scientific Rigor (Evaluation) Exam, with the participation of a number of private universities and colleges. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to elevate the standard of higher education and ensure the quality of academic outcomes, under the direct supervision of the Honorable President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali.

The exam was carried out in a well-organized setting, following precise scientific standards that reflect the university’s commitment to academic integrity and transparency in evaluating students’ performance. The exam process was closely monitored on-site by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, who personally oversaw all phases—from preparation and organization to the completion of the exam and the commencement of the review process.

Dean Al-Husseini emphasized that this step aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance cooperation between public and private universities and to build a solid and integrated educational system that keeps pace with global academic developments.

It is worth noting that this exam is part of the Ministry’s Scientific Rigor Program, which aims to assess students uniformly across Iraq. The program is designed to develop the educational process and ensure academic fairness among students from various universities.
