As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance administrative competencies and foster an entrepreneurial mindset among faculty and students, the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a specialized training course titled:
“Cultural Diversity in Human Resources as a Gateway to Organizational Entrepreneurship.”
The course was held under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini.
Course Presenters:
- Prof. Dr. Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi, who discussed the theoretical dimensions of cultural diversity and its strategic importance in enhancing innovation and achieving institutional excellence.
- Asst. Lecturer Roaa Saleh Mahdi, who focused on practical aspects of managing diversity in the workplace, sharing real-world examples and best practices from global organizations.
