Professor Dr. Ahmed Kazem Baris, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, received an official Letter of Appreciation from the Undersecretary for Scientific Research Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Haider Abdul-Zahd. This recognition was awarded in appreciation of his outstanding efforts in the field of scientific research and his contributions to the advancement of the educational process.
