Research Summary
This study aims to explore the influence of a leader’s behavioral integrity on employees’ readiness for organizational change, with Quality of Work Life (QWL) acting as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on a sample of employees at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Karbala.
The analytical descriptive approach was employed to derive accurate results, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The study population included faculty and administrative staff at the college, with a total sample of 59 participants.
To analyze the data, the researchers utilized various statistical methods such as normality tests, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis, relying on specialized statistical software.
The study concluded with several key findings, including:
- The variable of leader’s behavioral integrity has a direct impact on employees’ readiness for organizational change.
- The Quality of Work Life serves as a mediating factor in the relationship between the leader’s integrity and organizational change readiness.
