Students with deferred enrollment who wish to return to their study seats must provide the following:
- Submit a written request that includes:
- The reason for the deferral along with supporting documentation from a relevant authority (e.g., a medical condition supported by a medical report).
- Specify the academic stage at which the deferral occurred (preparatory/postgraduate, etc.).
- Mention in the request whether the applicant is an employee (with an official statement of non-objection) or not an employee.
- Requests that do not include justifications or supporting documentation for the deferral will be ignored.
- Deadline for submitting requests is Sunday, 20/7/2025.
- Students with deferred enrollment who have submitted return requests must visit the Graduate Studies Division to update their requests according to the above; otherwise, the request will be disregarded.
