Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Jabbar Al-Husseini, the esteemed Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, received in his office Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem, the respected Dean of the College of Agriculture. The meeting aimed to enhance scientific and administrative cooperation between the two colleges across various academic, research, and organizational fields.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed mechanisms to expand areas of mutual cooperation, exchange expertise and experiences in research and administrative practices, and propose future initiatives that would contribute to the advancement of university operations and strengthen institutional partnerships between colleges.
Dr. Al-Husseini affirmed his strong commitment to supporting fellow colleges within the university, emphasizing that interdisciplinary integration is a cornerstone in achieving the university’s vision of excellence and leadership.
As part of this collaboration, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics announced the provision of direct financial support to the College of Agriculture in the form of grants to back its developmental projects and plans—enhancing its capacity to implement academic programs and serve students effectively.
For his part, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul-Hussein Kareem expressed his gratitude and appreciation for this generous support and thoughtful initiative, praising the balanced administrative approach and spirit of cooperation demonstrated by the College of Administration and Economics in supporting other university units.
This meeting comes as part of a series of coordination sessions aimed at reinforcing academic integration and activating collaborative projects within the University of Karbala.
