Important Announcement Regarding the Competitive Examination at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala announces the following instructions for students eligible to take the competitive examination for the current academic year. The exam is scheduled to be held on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 9:00 AM, and will last for three hours, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Instructions to Be Followed:

  • It is mandatory to bring the verified application form (bearing the college’s stamp and signature), in addition to the original unified national ID.
  • The examination will be conducted exclusively using the Bubble Sheet answer format.
  • Answers must be written using only a black or blue ballpoint pen.
  • It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones, electronic devices, or headphones into the examination hall.
  • A copy of the interview form (Form 506) must be presented when attending the interview in the relevant department after the examinations. This is a required condition for eligibility in the competition.
