Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Chairs a Master’s Thesis Defense at the University of Kufa

Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, chaired the examination committee for the Master’s thesis of student Bilal Abdulkhaliq Ahmed Al-Mousawi from the Department of Economics – College of Administration and Economics at the University of Kufa. His thesis was entitled:

“Economic Policies and Their Role in Addressing Direct Economic Deficits in Selected Countries with Special Reference to Iraq.”

The public defense took place on the morning of Monday, August 25, 2025, in the Graduate Studies Hall at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kufa, in the presence of a group of faculty members and postgraduate students.

The examination committee consisted of:

  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Hashim Jabbar Al-Husseini – University of Karbala / College of Administration and Economics – Chair.
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Iyad Karkoush Hamza – University of Maysan / College of Administration and Economics – Member.
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Abdullah – University of Karbala / College of Administration and Economics – Member.
  • Asst. Prof. Dr. Aseel Diaa Khudair – University of Kufa / College of Administration and Economics – Member.
  • Prof. Dr. Mohammed Hassan Kazem Hassan – University of Kufa / College of Administration and Economics – Member & Supervisor.
