Ministry of Higher Education: Students admitted through the Central Admission system are not allowed to apply for the Government Parallel Education (Private/Parallel) channel in the same college to switch their departments.

This is based on Paragraph (12) of Item (D-13), Chapter Four of the Student Affairs Procedures Guide and Admission Regulations for the 2025–2026 academic year.
