Important Announcement

The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces to all students admitted through the Central Admission Channel (General Admission and Families of Martyrs) the start of the registration process according to the following mechanism:


First: Student Steps via the HEPIQ Application

  1. The student logs into the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials used for the Central Admission System (CAS).
  2. After logging in, the student will see the admission result showing the university/college or institute/department to which they have been admitted.
  3. The student selects “Proceed with Admission” and begins the electronic registration process, which includes the following steps:
    a. Completing electronic identity verification.
    b. Filling out the required personal information.
    c. Uploading the following documents:
    • Medical examination report.
    • School transcript or grade confirmation document.
    • Residence card and national ID card.
  4. After completing all the above steps, the student’s application is electronically submitted to the concerned college through the SIS system for review.
  5. The student must visit the college in person after completing electronic registration to submit the original documents and finalize the registration procedures.
