The College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces to all students admitted through the Central Admission Channel (General Admission and Families of Martyrs) the start of the registration process according to the following mechanism:
First: Student Steps via the HEPIQ Application
- The student logs into the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials used for the Central Admission System (CAS).
- After logging in, the student will see the admission result showing the university/college or institute/department to which they have been admitted.
- The student selects “Proceed with Admission” and begins the electronic registration process, which includes the following steps:
a. Completing electronic identity verification.
b. Filling out the required personal information.
c. Uploading the following documents:- Medical examination report.
- School transcript or grade confirmation document.
- Residence card and national ID card.
- After completing all the above steps, the student’s application is electronically submitted to the concerned college through the SIS system for review.
- The student must visit the college in person after completing electronic registration to submit the original documents and finalize the registration procedures.
