To all students admitted to the University of Karbala for the academic year 2025-2026 to study in the morning following the new mechanism approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research:

Mechanism of Student Registration in the Application,
Student’s Role through the HEPIQ Application:

1- The student logs in to the HEPIQ application using the same login credentials that they used in the Central Admission System (CAS).

2- After logging in, the result of his/her admission to the university/college or institute/department will be shown to the student.

3- The student chooses to continue admission and starts the electronic registration process, which includes:
a- Completing the electronic identity verification.
B. Fill in the required personal information.
c. Upload the following documents:

• Medical Examination
• School document or grade endorsement.
• Housing card and national ID.

4- After completing all the above steps, his/her applications will be sent electronically to the concerned college through the SIS system for review.

5- The student submits the original papers to the college after completing the electronic registration.

Note// As for students who applied directly to the college, they only have to register in the program and they are included in the first step only.
