Eligible for Discounts in Evening Study for the Academic Year 2025–2026

Application Period: 1/10/2025 – 31/10/2025

Categories Eligible for Discount:

1. The top three students in each stage of every department.
2. Children of faculty members (must provide confirmation of the faculty member’s employment continuity).
3. Employees working in the Ministry of Higher Education (must provide confirmation of employment continuity).
4. Children of employees working in the Ministry of Higher Education (must provide confirmation of the employee’s continuity).
5. Students whose family members are registered with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as persons with disabilities or as full-time dependents, provided the disability rate is at least 75% (documentation proving the disability rate must be provided).
6. Students included in social security only (must provide a care ID or smart card (K-Card) along with confirmation showing inclusion in social care according to conditions).

Additional Conditions:

• The student’s age must not exceed 40 years.
• The student must not be an employee.
• Discount does not include the spouse.
• Discount does not apply to deferred years or years of failure.

7. Humanitarian cases and other compelling circumstances.

Application Requirements:

1. Submit a special request signed by the student and approved by the department.
2. Pay the first installment of 600,000 IQD (submit a copy of the payment receipt).
3. The student must have completed registration in the Student Information System (SIS).
