The college/institute/department invites all newly admitted students to visit the Registration and Student Affairs Division to complete the final registration procedures within the specified period, in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Required Documents for Registration:
First: Official identification documents – the national ID card of the student, father, and mother, as well as the residence card and ration card.
Second: The original grade confirmation or the official school transcript, authenticated by the Directorate of Education.
Third: A comprehensive medical examination, which is mandatory and registration cannot be completed without it (to be conducted at the nearest health center).
Fourth: Six (6) recent personal photos with a white background.
Fifth: A CD containing scanned copies of all the above-mentioned documents.
Sixth: For students admitted through the parallel or evening study programs, submission of a financial guarantor form is required.
Seventh: Registration in the college’s electronic system, if available.
Registration Period:
- Registration begins from the date of the announcement of central admission results.
- The deadline for registration is 15 days only from the date of the announcement.
