According to the Ministry’s official letter, approval has been granted for hosting (internal transfer) within the same university — from evening study to morning study or vice versa — for all academic stages, including first-year students.
- Transfer between morning and evening studies within the same university/college/department is allowed for students of all stages, including first-year students, but only in limited cases, and under the authority of the University of Karbala Presidency.
- Final-year students are excluded from the hosting process.
📘 Regarding Tuition Fees:
- When transferring from evening to morning study, the student will pay 25% of the original tuition fees.
- When transferring from morning to evening study, it will be free of charge (no additional fees).
