First stage: Filling out the information
Students must enter their personal data and activate the additional grades that are added to their average.
🔹 Additional grades are granted for the following categories:
▪️ Social Welfare privilege
▪️ Martyrs’ Families privilege
▪️ Orphan student privilege
▪️ Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) student privilege
🔶 Required documents for the Social Welfare channel:
Student’s nationality certificate, father’s nationality certificate, Key Card, and ration card.
🔶 For the Martyrs’ Families channel:
A martyr’s database record is required, followed by visiting the Martyrs Foundation to activate the martyrs’ channel.
🔴 For students who wish to apply for the free scholarship in private colleges and universities, the Ministry of Higher Education announces that privileges for eligible students have been activated.
Activation steps:
- Create a student account through the “Qaddam” platform application.
- Fill in the student’s information and confirm it.
- Access the “Free Scholarship” channel (visible only to students with an average of 93% or higher).
- If the student is eligible for any privilege: click “Privileges,” fill in the required information, and wait for review.
- If the student is not eligible for any privilege: they should still create an account, fill in their information, and wait until the free scholarship application period is announced soon.
