This step comes under the direct patronage and supervision of the President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali, and the follow-up of Dr. Muhammad Naji, the Director of the Department of Construction and Projects, who confirmed that this project comes within the university’s continuous efforts to upgrade its infrastructure, enhance its academic environment and consolidate its visual identity in line with modern urban development, thanking the exceptional efforts of the loyal staff of the Department of Construction and Projects at the University of Karbala.
