The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala Organizes a Training Course Titled “The Required Competencies for Instructors in Developing Students’ Strategic Work Mindset”

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized an important training course titled “The Required Competencies for Instructors in Developing Students’ Strategic Work Mindset,” held from December 2 to 4, 2025, with the participation of a group of undergraduate students.

The course was delivered by
Asst. Prof. Ali Mohammed Abdul-Kadhim,
who addressed key modern concepts related to developing students’ strategic abilities, as well as the most effective methods instructors can adopt to enhance strategic thinking, initiative, and academic and professional planning.

The course featured active discussions between the lecturer and participants regarding the importance of integrating modern teaching strategies into the university environment, and the role of students in formulating future visions and projects that align with labor market requirements.

This course comes as part of the college’s commitment to developing students’ academic skills and raising awareness about proper planning to achieve success in both university life and future careers.
