The Ministry of Higher Education has announced that students admitted through central admission to colleges are not permitted to apply for the Governmental Private Education Channel (Parallel Program) within the same college for the purpose of changing their departments.

This decision is based on the provisions stated in Paragraph (12), Section (D-13), Chapter Four of the Guide to Student Affairs Procedures and Admission Regulations and Conditions for the academic year 2025–2026
