University of Karbala Holds Introductory Seminar on the “Chevening” Scholarship for Master’s Studies in the UK

The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Karbala, in cooperation with the British Embassy, organized an introductory seminar on “Applying for the Chevening Scholarship for Master’s Studies in the UK.” The seminar was presented by Mr. Manar Haddad and moderated by Ms. Ilaf Ali Hussein.

The seminar aimed to familiarize students with study opportunities in the United Kingdom and to guide them through the application process for the Chevening Scholarship, considered one of the most prestigious fully funded scholarships, thereby enhancing students’ academic skills and providing access to distinguished international programs.

The seminar covered several key topics, including an overview of the Chevening Scholarship and its academic and diplomatic significance, application requirements and eligibility criteria, selecting appropriate UK universities, and addressing attendees’ questions and inquiries.
