The Ministry of Higher Education has issued a directive requiring all students in public and private universities to register in the Ministry’s electronic application, “HEPIQ.” No student will be allowed to enter the final exams or receive their graduation certificate without completing the registration process on the app.

The ministry has also set an annual fee of 66,000 Iraqi dinars for using the platform, which will provide access to all academic services.

The ministry pointed out that the benefits of the app and the registration process are detailed in the attached announcement, urging students to comply with this decision to ensure an organized educational process.
