The Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala Organizes a Course “Together We Make Decisions: Building a Participatory Culture to Achieve Goals”

The Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a training course entitled “Together We Make Decisions: Building a Participatory Culture to Achieve Goals” for the period from 2 to 4 November 2025, targeting students of the initial study with the aim of enhancing their skills in effective participation and decision-making within the university environment.

The course was presented by:

Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Fares

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Abdullah

Eng. Dr. Yasser Mahmoud Fahad

Eng. Shaimaa Mahmoud Tarf

It included lectures and workshops on the foundations of decision-making, group participation tools, and the development of student leadership skills.

The course concluded with practical discussions and presentation of student team projects, in addition to distributing certificates of participation to students who completed the requirements of the course
