The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala organized a general training course titled “Using the Winlo System” from December 7 to 9, 2025, with the participation of a number of university staff. This initiative is part of the college’s efforts to develop technical and administrative skills among its workforce and keep pace with the digital transformation in institutional work.
The course was delivered by:

- Assistant Lecturer Zainab Abdulhussein Hasan
They provided a detailed explanation of the Winlo system and its usage, highlighting its main functions and practical applications in completing administrative tasks, organizing data, and facilitating daily procedures within the college and the wider university.
The course included both theoretical and practical modules, focusing on familiarizing participants with the system interface, methods for data entry and processing, report generation, as well as troubleshooting common errors and improving usage efficiency—positively impacting work speed and accuracy.
Participants actively engaged through discussions and inquiries, which enhanced practical learning and knowledge exchange among staff. They emphasized the importance of such courses in increasing technical competence and supporting an efficient digital work environment.
This course is part of the training programs adopted by the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala, aiming to develop staff capabilities and improve institutional performance in line with modern administrative requirements and the use of advanced electronic systems.
