This research aims to demonstrate the impact of organizational
intelligence on the quality of services provided at the Political Prisoners
Foundation in Karbala Governorate. This is achieved by highlighting the
role of organizational intelligence, in its various dimensions, in
improving the level of service delivery to beneficiaries. To achieve this
objective, the research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, deemed
the most suitable for the nature of the phenomenon under study. A
questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection in the field.
The research was conducted on a random sample of (46) employees
working at the Foundation. The results concluded that the dimensions of
organizational intelligence have a statistically significant impact on
improving the quality of services provided. This indicates that the
Foundation’s adoption of a strategic vision and its assimilation of
knowledge directly contribute to increasing the efficiency of
administrative procedures and the speed of response to clients’ needs. The
research concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably the
necessity of promoting a culture of organizational intelligence among
staff through intensive training programs and leveraging employees’
cognitive abilities to simplify work mechanisms, thereby ensuring the
highest levels of satisfaction for beneficiaries of the Foundation’s
services.
