Abstract

The current research aims to identify the importance of the concept of control systems and their role in achieving clean production in its dimensions, as clean production processes are one of the contemporary methods adopted by institutions and organizations and the aim is to improve the reality of the water directorate of the holy province of Karbala.

The problem of the research from the researcher’s point of view is that the Directorate of Water of the Holy Province of Karbala suffers from a decline in the level of performance due to reasons that may be control systems and a decrease in the performance of workers to achieve clean production and discover the extent of the research sample’s interest in the dimensions of control systems and the extent and role in achieving clean production on the research sample, represented by the Directorate of Water of the Holy Province of Karbala, where the research provided a theoretical framework for the two research variables depending on what the researcher presented in this field and an analytical practical framework For the opinions of the sample, which included a group of employees in the department, amounting to (85) respondents. The questionnaire was also used as a basic measurement tool for data collection, the use of a number of statistical programs (SPSS) and (Excel 2022), and the use of some statistical methods such as the stability scale, Cronbach alpha, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, arithmetic mean, simple linear correlation coefficient to measure correlation between variables, simple regression analysis, determination coefficient, and test (f)

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was that control systems in their dimensions positively affect the achievement of clean production directly. The research urged the research sample to pay double attention to the application of control systems because of their extreme importance, and being the main key to achieving clean production for the sustainability of the environment and the development of the organization and its achievement of the current and future competitive advantage.
