Abstract          

              The present research aims to test the intermediate role of organizational Identification in the interpretation of the relationship between the attractiveness of organizational identity and the employees Readiness for change, according to the opinions of a sample of Staff of the college of the University of Karbala The research determines the relationship between the independent variable represented by the attractiveness of organizational identity The dependent variable is the Readiness for change its dimensions (the suitability of  change , administrative support, the effectiveness of change, and personal competence) through the intermediate role of organizational Identification. In order to clarify the nature of the relationship between these variables, a set of main hypotheses were formulated. These hypotheses were tested after obtaining the necessary data from the field reality by relying on the questionnaire form as the main tool for data collection. Distributing (290) questionnaires to college staff, of these, 281 were valid for statistical analysis with a response rate of 97% For statistical analysis and processing,  For the analysis and statistical processing, a range of statistical methods were used (weighted mean, standard deviation, simple correlation matrix, simple and multiple regression analysis, and median testing through structural equation modeling). Through (SPSS v.23) and (AMOS v.20)  One of the most important conclusions of the study is that the attractiveness of the organizational identity has achieved a high level of answer. This encourages employees to adhere to the requirements of the work they perform and that employees exchange their colleges with good feelings that express the extent of their belief in the attractiveness of their identity. The most important recommendations of the study should be the management of the researched organization should be a good example in the adoption of ideals and values ​​and ethical principles such as respecting working hours and commitment to them and to provide a helping hand and assistance to all individuals working in it and participate in the challenge of the difficulties and threats faced in their work and to be fair and equitable in dealing With all the employees so that they do not have any kind of discrimination between them and this in turn will increase their level of loyalty and belonging to the organization and work hard to achieve its goals by all means and means and have a acceptance to implement the processes of change that raise the level of The performance of the organization  .
