Abstract
The current research aims to determine and test the relationship between the independent variable and school leadership quality standards with its dimensions (strategic planning, evaluation and quality control, positive environment, improving teaching and learning, human and material resource management, training and professional development, and decision-making) and the dependent variable, creative performance with its dimensions (generation of ideas). (Promoting ideas, implementing ideas), for a sample of secondary/preparatory schools in the Holy Governorate of Karbala, numbering (285) male and female teachers in the governorate, and identifying the level of availability and quality of school leadership standards, creative performance, and the basic pillars of school leadership.

The main problem was presented by raising a group of questions centered around the relationship of correlation and influence between the independent variable (standards of quality of school leadership) and the dependent variable (creative performance) and the extent of variation for the two variables in the study sample. Based on this, a hypothetical model was designed, and from it came the first main study hypothesis and the hypothesis The second main study, from which many sub-hypotheses were branched, as the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data, and collected research data from the study sample, as well as using a set of statistical methods that helped to analyze the research data and test its hypotheses, which are represented by statistical tools, including (the mean Arithmetic, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient, and t-test (F-test). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is (the existence of a correlation and influence with a positive moral significance between the standards of quality of school leadership and creative performance, the presence of variation in creative performance among the study sample and its absence in the standards of quality of school leadership). Accordingly, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are:

– The importance of spreading and strengthening the culture of comprehensive quality through the application of its standards in schools by school and supervisory leaders as it is the basis of work in all educational practices and activities.

– Working to promote the idea of the creative school and clarify its goals and policies to school principals, male and female directors, faculty members, and the local community.
