Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the impact of the hybrid manufacturing system in enhancing the strategic success at the level of a sample of the industrial company for the manufacture of rubber and tires. In order to achieve this, the variable of the hybrid manufacturing system was measured in four sub-dimensions (continuous improvement, waste management, supply chain information sharing, and the point of delay). The strategic success was measured by four sub-dimensions (survival, adaptation, growth, continuous learning). In the researched company) the study population included the industrial company for the manufacture of rubber and tires in the province of Najaf, and the sample of the study was (172) individuals from the officials of the researched company. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data and information necessary for the study. From the statistical methods (SPSS, V.24, AMOS, V23.), the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of two significant correlation and influence relationships between the hybrid manufacturing regulator and strategic success, i. Appropriate methods that enhance its strategic success. The research also came out with some important recommendations.
