Prof. Dr. Ilham Nazem Al-Shaibani, a faculty member at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Karbala, participated in a distinguished international academic event as part of the activities of the Academy of Management (TAOM), where she delivered a scientific lecture entitled:

“A Journey into Qualitative Research with an Example of Grounded Theory”

This lecture was part of a series of scientific activities aimed at enhancing academic research skills among researchers and postgraduate students. It focused on clarifying the basic principles of qualitative research and its significance in the fields of social and administrative sciences, with a particular focus on one of its prominent methodologies: Grounded Theory.

During the lecture, Dr. Al-Shaibani provided a methodological explanation of how to build theory from the field by collecting and analyzing data simultaneously.
