The Registration and Student Affairs Division at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Karbala announces the opening of the portal for (modifying admission choices, transfers, and hosting) between colleges of other Iraqi universities for the academic year 2025–2026. This is to allow our dear students to complete their procedures in line with their academic preferences.

Students wishing to benefit from this service are requested to visit the division in person to complete the official procedures, bringing with them the required identification and supporting documents.
